The ZEPHER Reflow oven is designed using all the advantages of hot air and Infrared heating during curing glue gaskets or conformal coating of various products.

This unique combination of Infra Red with a little bit of air circulation in the end of the tunnel makes it possible to create a perfect temperature profile in a medium sized machine from which several hundreds are distributed worldwide. The base unit is a table top model which can be transformed into a stand-alone unit by ordering the optional cabinet. All functions of the oven are controlled by a built-in microprocessor and are displayed on a graphic display. Even temperature profiling is one of the standard features. The heating system is divided in to 8 separate controlled zones while the belt speed can be adjusted from 1 to 75 centimeters per minute. 99 different programs can be stored. The oven has a RS-232 interface to connect the oven to a personal computer which allows optional software to remote control the oven, or to save more programs, to compare, examine and save more temperature curves. Printouts of temperature curves together with machine settings and date also can be made when this optional software is installed. products are transported through the Reflow-Oven on a high grade stainless steel mesh belt. The heating tunnel has adjustable openings at the beginning and the end of the oven to minimize the loss of nitrogen when used and to minimize the effect of draught in the working area. Built-in fans keep the outside of the machine cool and extract the fumes, only an exhaust pipe has to be connected to the machine to keep the fumes out of the working area.

Cooling a product with forced air can sometimes create static loads up-to 2000 volt. Therefore an integrated air ionising unit installed in the cooling zone at the end of the heating tunnel prevents the product from getting a static charge. The oven is designed to give you many years of trouble free operation.
