The DIMA 4-5 axis robot HC-200 combines extreme flexibility with real offline programming. This off-line programming is so off-line that you do it in the office at your desktop computer.
The only thing you need is a digital photo of the printed circuit board to load into the software and a assembled printed circuit board to measure some heights. The HC-200 that can be equipped with up to 4 valves not only gives you the possibility to process 4 different materials on the board in one run but it also enables you thanks to its rotating and tilting head to reach even the most complicated areas of the board.
